Terms of Service

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Olevel app and this website. By using Olevel you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google credentials secure. You must give accurate information and you may not impersonate anyone else.

One device at a time

Olevel allows one active sign-in per account. You can change phones freely — sign in on the new device and your subscription and history come with you. But signing in somewhere new signs you out everywhere else.

This is deliberate. Olevel is priced low on the assumption that one subscription serves one student. Sharing an account so several people use it at once is not permitted, and the one-device rule enforces that. We may suspend accounts that show signs of being shared or resold.

Subscriptions and payment

Some content is free. Full access requires a subscription, available monthly or yearly at the prices shown in the app. Prices may change; any change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.

Payment is taken by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancelling

Cancel through your Google Play or App Store account settings, the same place you manage your other subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google and Apple under their own policies, since they took the payment. Requests go to them, not to us. Where a refund is granted, access ends immediately.

What you may and may not do

You may use Olevel for your own study. You may not:

  • Copy, scrape, redistribute or resell any content from the app
  • Share your account so that several people use it
  • Try to bypass the paywall or access content you have not paid for
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app
  • Use automated tools to extract questions or data

The question bank, explanations, design and branding are ours or used with permission. Your subscription buys you access to use them for study — it does not transfer ownership.

Past questions and accuracy

Olevel is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WAEC, NECO or NABTEB. Their names are used only to describe which examinations the questions relate to.

We work to keep questions and answers accurate, but we cannot guarantee every one is free of error, nor that practising with Olevel will produce any particular exam result. Verify anything that matters against your official syllabus and materials.

Availability

We aim to keep Olevel running but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we discontinue the service entirely while you hold a paid subscription, we will say so with reasonable notice.

Ending your access

You can stop using Olevel at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached — particularly around account sharing, scraping or tampering.

Liability

Olevel is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes will be flagged in the app. Continuing to use Olevel after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
